Hello! As a Vehicle Sales Consultant my goal is to ensure my customer's needs are met and that your vehicle buying experience exceeds your expectations from start to finish. I want make sure that all of my customers are making informed buying decisions with options and that you feel supported and confident with your purchase. I will work diligently to make sure you are completely satisfied with your car buying experience. My career includes 20+ years in the retail space serving customers and building lasting connections. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran with a Political Science degree from Western Illinois University. My free time is spent going to the movies, watching college sports, and being with my family. I've also traveled extensively, including time in Japan, Australia, and Hawaii. I'm a big fan of the Detroit Lions and Tigers. I look forward to helping you!

Tim was such a great help through the whole process of leasing my new car. We spent a great deal of time weighing out the many alternative possibilities that were best for my budget. Tim was always very patient and understanding of my plight to get into a new vehicle quickly, and I never felt pressured into make a rash decision, but rather encouraged to ask as many questions as I felt necessary. Even when Tim and I questioned one of the processes for the final sale, he made sure to use the team resources available to him, which to me is a very important aspect of a professional interaction of the highest quality ! And I benefited from the final outcome, not only in one regard, but in the whole Serra Honda/Brighton experience, from the care and compassion I felt, to the teamwork the staff displayed for the satisfaction of its customer. Tim gave us the personal service that I value. He listened to what we were looking for and was curious which allowed him to find exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. It was a good experience, he could've shown me more on what this awesome CR-V Hybrid AWD vehicle can do? But it looked like he was busy the day I came in to purchase my new Honda. I spent $45,000+ and he didn't even give me the leather cleaning and conditioning kit I asked for thats free in the door way into the showroom??

We have been looking for a vehicle for a few months, the first few dealerships were very difficult to work with. A number of the standard routines were used on us, including being offered a price, only to get there and be told that really isn' t the price. We researched online and were offered the same price and felt we were treated honestly. Highly recommend stopping in.
