You can rely on me for an upbeat, informative, and easygoing purchasing process. I learn more about my guests to find the vehicle that suits them best, and that’s what I’ll do from the moment we meet. My ultimate goal is to see you drive off in a car, truck, or SUV you love! Outside work, I like relaxing and being around family and friends. Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes, having been to 48 states and enjoying the different atmospheres, trends, and cultures. Everyone knows me for my easygoing attitude and fun demeanor. If I can assist someone, I’m always there to do it!

Thomas was fantastic throughout a long and complicated leasing process for us. He was incredibly personable, responsive, and helped everything move as smoothly as possible. We truly appreciated his guidance and professionalism every step of the way. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond after the paperwork was done. He took the time to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle, from the controls and features to the in-depth customization settings, making sure we actually understood how to use everything in a practical, real-world way. He never made us feel rushed and was genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. We greatly appreciated all of his help and would highly recommend working with him. Top notch all the way. My wife and I are very no-nonsense people and Tom responded to our approach with professionalism and efficiency. Totally pleasurable experience dealing with Tom. He stepped us through the introduction to all the vehicles various functional capabilities in a very straight forward manner. We would buy another vehicle from Tom in a heartbeat and would have zero issue with recommending Tom to anyone we know who would like to purchase a Mazda. He represents Mazda very well.

I appreciated the time Tom took to go over the features in the car before we took a test drive. I have never had a salesperson for ANY of the vehicles I have ever purchased in life, take the time to do that. It was a nice touch and with all the technology in today’s vehicles, there were no surprises when we took to the road. I would consider giving him a bonus :)

My overall experience with Tom as my sales consultant was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, but what I appreciated most of all was what he wasn't. Tom wasn't pushy or overbearing. I was able to make my decision at my pace and Tom was available to answer any questions I had during the process. Tom will be the sales consultant I request in the future and I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase / lease a vehicle from Serra Mazda of Brighton.
