Sam was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and did not force a sale or make me feel rushed. He also helped me after I had bought my car- I left some items in the car I had just traded in, and he safely kept them for me to pick up the next day. I appreciated his friendly and calm nature! My only concern was in not knowing my potential range of APR values until I was signing paperwork.
