Our overall experience with Morgan was 10+ from the moment we walked into the dealership! We knew in general that we were exploring the CRV hybrid to lease but had lots of questions about the vehicle, how our non Honda lease turn in process works etc and Morgan was very upbeat and knowledgeable to satisfy our queries. We informed her that we were still scoping out other hybrids and we're going to their adjacent Mazda dealer and see the CX50 hybrid and others and would let her know. Needless to say, we didn't like the other vehicles and my wife and I commented that while the other dealer sales associates were ok, Morgan left a positive impression on us and we loved the Honda vehicle better anyhow. The financial engineering of the deal went very smoothly and the few questions I had, Morgan was very responsive via phone calls and text. So, go to Serra Brighton and ask for Morgan!

We talked on the phone and adjusted the deal, she texted me what information she needed, which I provided. The next day the vehicle and paperwork was ready for me and we completed everything in an hour and half. Very efficient
