About Gary
Born and raised in Livingston County. I love this area and the customers are awesome! I bring a lot of enthusiasm to my job as a Service Advisor working hard to make sure our customers get everything they need. When I'm not working, I enjoy beach trips, camping, and watching the sunset with my family. My kids and I love running our 30+ RC vehicles around parks and our yard. I'm also a roller coaster fanatic and a big fan of saltwater aquariums.

Normal service was performed per schedule. There was a slight delay while Gary worked with tire warranty representatives to get coverage for damage to tire. He did this successfully and most of the tire replacement cost was covered. Was surprised that differential fluid change cost was not covered, since I understood that the first two years of regular maintenance was covered. Apparently this only includes oil changes. The dealer should make this more explicit during the sales process.
