I very Much appreciated the straightforward experience I had in buying a vehicle through Brendan and Serra Honda. There is a big contrast between Serra and Brendan and other dealerships. For decades I have not been able to understand how most car dealerships get away with making the purchase of a new car one of the worst buying experiences possible. They pump the customer for detailed information and are evasive about the basics of cost, interest rates etc. Thank You for being different.
