I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or smoother transaction with Bobby. I was initially patched into an “up and coming” sales agent per online reviews and he was of zero assistance when asked about only finding 4 pics online and when I asked for a video he said he would “try” to get me something later. Keep in mind I was ready to buy but not ready to drive an hour and a half when I only had 4 pics to look at. I reached out to Bobby who within a minute was astonished that the redirect from AutoTrader to their website was only 4 pics and within a minute I had a link with 35 pics. I asked for a video and within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone I had a full video with a walk around and undercarriage. I was able to make arrangements with Bobby to see the vehicle two days later and he came in on a Saturday morning to not only get everything in order he had the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival since it was a birthday gift for my son. Start to finish Bobby was top notch and I would 110% recommend him to anyone when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you sir and I am glad to give you another positive review you deserve it.
